About this site

UK Competitions Directory is an online directory of UK competitions, prize draws, giveaways, and related operator profiles. We help users discover competitions run by third-party operators.

We do not run the competitions listed on this site unless a page clearly says otherwise. Each competition is operated by the named third-party operator, and that operator is responsible for its own terms, entry process, winner selection, prize fulfilment, and legal compliance.

Using competition listings

We aim to keep listings accurate and useful, but competition details can change. Before entering, you should always read the operator's own terms and conditions, entry page, eligibility rules, closing date, prize details, and privacy information.

A listing on UK Competitions Directory is for information only. It is not a guarantee that a competition is suitable for you, that you will win, or that the operator will accept your entry. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or handling of your data.

Operator submissions

Operators who submit competitions must be authorised to do so and must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information. By submitting a competition, operators confirm that the competition has a genuine free entry route or is determined by genuine skill, that public terms are available, and that the competition complies with applicable UK law.

We may edit, reject, pause, or remove a listing if details appear incomplete, unclear, misleading, expired, unlawful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our review standards. We may also contact operators to verify information before publication.

Paid and featured placements

Some operators may pay for listing plans, enhanced profiles, faster review, featured placement, or additional visibility. Paid or featured placement does not mean that we run the competition, guarantee the operator, or endorse the prize.

Where paid placement materially affects visibility, we aim to label it clearly with wording such as featured, sponsored, or a similar disclosure.

No legal, financial, or gambling advice

Information on this site is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, gambling, or consumer advice. If you are unsure whether to enter a competition or whether an operator is legitimate, you should carry out your own checks and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its security, submit false or misleading information, upload harmful files, scrape content at scale, or use the site in a way that breaks applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site design, original writing, category copy, and listing summaries belong to UK Competitions Directory or its licensors. Competition names, logos, images, and brand references may belong to their respective operators or rights holders. They are used for identification and informational directory purposes.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party competitions, incorrect or changed listing details, unavailable operator websites, missed closing dates, unsuccessful entries, prize fulfilment issues, or decisions made by competition operators.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Reporting problems

If you believe a listing is inaccurate, expired, misleading, or unsafe, please report it through the contact page with the page URL and a short explanation. We may review, update, or remove the listing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
